The "Fast Start Roadmap" to Results!

If you've seen the Getting Started onboarding information, then you know there are three key pages in the EngagePro tool. You can reopen that onboarding introduction to see it again here in the Knowledge Center.


EngagePro has been designed to help you get what we call "early wins!" Follow these easy steps to getting amazing results in the next few days with EngagePro. 


The goal is to bring 10-15 key contacts into your EngagePro account immediately by doing the following:


1.  This is so simple and brings great results... Login and then download the Appreciation Exercise. Do this activity today and as people reply, add them to your EngagePro account from any page using the "Add a new Connection" button at the top. Then, from the Connections page, schedule your next contact for a specific date in 3-7 days. Use the "Connector" page for each person and the "Added Interest" AI tool to find an article that is relevant to each individual. Copy/paste and make a comment on the article in an email that you send to each person in your first email. Then, set a recurring "next contact" schedule for 2 weeks in the future (or followup sooner if the opportunity warrants). Remember, being in touch every 2 weeks builds the "know-like-trust" results you're seeking.    


2. Next, make a list of current and past clients. Import that list into EngagePro using the "Import Contacts" tool at the top of the "Contacts" page and add them into the Clients/Customers Key Group. Set up a recurring contact schedule for each person. For current clients, a monthly personal appreciation outreach is recommended. For past clients who have "slipped away," restart and make contact every two weeks for three cycles and then reduce it to monthly.  You'll be amazed to uncover new business as well as "ready-to-go" referrals coming from past clients where you've already proven your value.


3. Next, download from your EngagePro Dashboard the Fast Start article titled "Finding Your First 10 Referrals."  Implement this immediately and add the people you select into your EngagePro tool. Set a schedule to get in touch with each person every two weeks and make those communications personal and vary the method of reaching out, so you become more interesting.
