1. What’s the core purpose of EngagePro?

The singular purpose of EngagePro is to help users get more business, growth,

results, leads, prospects, supporters, and obviously, gain more success. We know the key to sales growth and referral success is closely tied to the level of personal engagement one has with key people. We've made that easy!

2. How does it help me get results?

EngagePro is built on the success building principles that people will connect with, buy from, and refer people who they "know, like and trust." It’s really all about relationships. Today, EngagePro delivers an easy to use, AI enabled, economical online tool that’s already proven will work to help all types of professionals to best reach their goals.

3. How does EngagePro work?

You start by importing key people into EngagePro. Usually these are current and past clients, prospects, leads, people you meet on LinkedIn or maybe at a networking meeting. Then, EngagePro automation tools help you set up the “engagement steps” and stay on track, leading to trust and relationships and the start of new sales and referrals. EngagePro is equipped with the new “AI Intelligent Connections” tool to help you make all of your communications relevant and personal with the people you’re focused on.

4. Who is EngagePro intended to help?

EngagePro will help any business, professional services provider or sales pro looking to grow in a field where personal trust and relationships are vital to new sales or referrals. This includes, financial advisors, coaches and consultants, real estate and mortgage professionals, insurance producers, accountants, bookkeepers, direct sales reps, home services pros, marketing advisors, and more.

5. If EngagePro is new, then how is it proven?

The founder of EngagePro, Tom Gay, was also the founder of Refer.com, 22Touch Referrals and the training systems of BestReferrals.io. The tools of EngagePro are derived from those successes and are now enabled with next-gen automations and AI personalization tools to increase the results for users.

6. What results should I expect?

Results are a product of the user selecting people they want to build relationships with and then following systematic, personal, and timely EngagePro enabled “keep- in-touch” communications. Getting initial results has been made easy with two specific steps to start off that will attract people who will want to build a relationship with you. From our experience, it’s reasonable to expect 8-10 people responding like this in the first 10 days and grow from there as you use the tools in EngagePro. 

7. So I have 8-10 possible people to grow a "know, like, trust" relationship with. What comes next? Add these people to EngagePro using the "Add Contact" button on your Dashboard, then reach out and contact them, record that action and set up the next scheduled contact. Its easy. We'll remind and guide you on the best ways to make the relationship flourish. 

8. Can I try EngagePro and cancel it if I don’t like it?

Everyone can start with a 14-day free trial. There is a monthly subscription and an optional annual or lifetime subscription that includes a favorable discount. You can cancel at any time and of course we want you to both get the growth and results you’re seeking and be fully satisfied with EngagePro.

9. How difficult is it to get started?

We’ve made it very easy by first taking you through a video tour of the EngagePro system. Then, on your Dashboard, there’s an EngagePro Success Center with a clear downloadable “roadmap” showing you exactly what to do. Then there are two simple step-by-step success building activities that will get results coming to you in a day or two. Follow those steps, bring the people who respond into your EngagePro tool and add them as new contacts for follow-up engagement. Then you’ll be on the way to great new results.

10. Is there EngagePro training available?

We take helping you get to success very seriously. When you join, you’ll access the “EngagePro Success Center” right on your Dashboard. This will provide easy to do, detailed, “getting-started” initial steps. 

The EngagePro “Success Center” is also a place to access a growing repository of training and best practices tools again to help you get results. 

Finally, there’s live online training sessions every week. On Fridays at 10 AM Pacific, we’ll gather in Zoom to show you how to use the get results, introduce updates and answer your questions.
