A Value-Added Option for Your CRM or Email Marketing

For those subscribers preferring to add new contacts to their CRM or mailing list, it's now so easy. With ChatBridge, you can export the names and email addresses when people add that info into a chat post in a virtual meeting. You receive .csv file to easily add new people to your own CRM or email systems. We strongly urge you to carefully make contact with these people by focusing on how you met, ways you might build a relationship and not spam or abuse the information you have, You will have to confirm your agreement to comply with regulations and anti-spam best practices,


Some Key Details...

• ChatBridge imports all the chat posts from the virtual meeting attendees except for private chats between people where you're not a part of the conversation.

• You can review the imported chat posts to select people to import into EngagePro for focused relationship building if you have an EngagePro account. EngagePro and ChatBridge are joined technically (an API) to help you get great results.

• The entire post will be saved after you select and import those in a new EngagePro Connector page for each individual you import.

• Duplicate chat posts will be excluded from the import and a contact is also not imported if the contact email is already active in your EngagePro Contacts.

• The contacts you import are automatically tagged and labeled into a group in EngagePro based on the label of the file that you imported into ChatBridge. We recommend that you rename the saved chat files with the name of the meeting and date when you bring them into ChatBridge so they become easily recognizable.

  • After you import a saved chat file, best practices suggest reaching out immediately to the people you want to follow up with.
  • It's easy to become a marketing partner and earn recurring commissions when you promote ChatBridge. To learn more, click on your ChatBridge username after logging in at the top on the right of the page. There, you'll see a link to register as a marketing partner.
